About

Why Zypflow exists.

Zypflow was built for service businesses that do good work but still lose revenue to slow replies, missed follow-up, and rebookings that never happen.

Founder story

Alex Kujur, London.

Alex built Zypflow after seeing the same pattern repeat across service businesses: new enquiries arrived when the owner was busy, replies went out too late, reviews were collected inconsistently, and clients who should have rebooked quietly drifted away.

The problem was rarely effort. It was operating load. Small teams do not have time to watch every inbox, chase every reminder, and remember every rebooking window while still running the business itself.

Zypflow exists to close those gaps with automation that feels practical, readable, and affordable from day one.

Mission

Revenue automation without infrastructure drag.

The mission is simple: make revenue automation accessible to every service business without forcing them into expensive infrastructure, bloated tools, or complex technical setup.

Zypflow is designed to sit around the tools a business already uses, respond faster, protect appointments, and keep the follow-up work moving after the day gets busy.

Values

What the product is optimised for.

Zero-cost by default

The platform is designed to keep infrastructure costs close to zero so service businesses are not forced into bloated monthly overhead before the product proves itself.

Self-hosted AI

Zypflow is built around self-hosted AI wherever possible, so automation stays affordable and usage does not collapse under API bills.

Privacy first

Customer data should be handled carefully, scoped correctly, and processed only where it is needed to run the workflow.

UK focused

The product is built for the way UK service businesses actually operate: local bookings, local reviews, local compliance, and small teams moving fast.
