1. Agreement

By accessing or using Zypflow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Zypflow provides

Zypflow is a managed automation platform for appointment-led service businesses. It may include lead capture, AI-assisted conversations, reminders, review requests, reporting, and founder-led deployment support.

3. Access and approval

Not every signup automatically becomes a live paid business. We may approve, decline, or manually configure a workspace before full launch. You are responsible for credential security and staff access control.

4. Billing

  • The public offer may include a setup fee and a recurring monthly service fee.
  • Founding pilot pricing may include a minimum initial term.
  • Charges may be collected through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
  • Usage-based charges or additional managed work apply only if agreed in writing.
  • Zypflow is not unlimited custom agency work unless we say otherwise.

5. Cancellation

After any agreed minimum term, access continues on the agreed monthly basis unless either side ends the arrangement with the agreed notice period. Cancellation does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Zypflow to send spam, break the law, access other users' data without permission, or generate harmful content. Messaging features must be used in line with applicable consent and suppression rules.

7. Data and AI outputs

You retain ownership of your business data and grant us the rights needed to host and process it. AI outputs can be helpful and still be wrong, so you remain responsible for configuration, approval, and business policy.

8. Availability and termination

We aim to run a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, reputational risk, or non-payment.

9. Liability and law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses and our total liability is generally limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
